Bliss N Eso

Drapht has been one of the leading hip hop authorities in Australia since his debut single, Jimmy Recard made it into the top 10 of triple J’s Hottest 100. In 2011, the Perth MC released his fourth album, The Life Of Riley, which went on to receive a staggering seven ARIA nominations, including a win for Best Urban Album. Drapht (A.K.A Paul Reid) has got bars that pack a punch and an immediately identifiable flow, both of which are evident in his latest offering, All Love, taken from his forthcoming album Seven Mirrors, due out mid 2016. Getting added to triple J rotation, Drapht has the support from fans nation-wide and this is just a taste of what to expect from the upcoming album. Nicole Millar

2016 is set to be the year Nicole Millar makes her mark as a solo artist, with the release of her debut EP, and second single “Tremble”. Nicole has created an immense hype towards this release after her successful debut single “Wait”was released in late October last year. “Tremble,” boasts beats and synths that make the track feel full and compliment the depth of Nicole’s voice. Starting off smooth and ultra sultry, it kicks up the tempo quickly, adding a power and playfulness that sees Nicole take you on a journey from beginning to end. It has been one of the most played tracks on Triple J since it’s release and has amassed over 2 million Spotify streams in a short time. Nicole used 2015 to debut not only her first solo track; she also revealed her new live show at Sydney’s premier Electronic Music Conference (EMC). She played alongside the likes of LDRU, Porches, Set Mo, Indian Summer and Oscar Key Sung at the EMC showcases and introduced her three-piece band. Earlier in the year, Nicole was called up last minute to play alongside Troye Sivan at the Enmore Theatre where “Wait”& “Tremble” were pronounced standouts and the set received solid reviews.  After cutting her touring chops with the likes of Peking Duk, RÜFÜS and The Kite String Tangle she steps out solo with her new band set up. Millar’s music trajectory has already seen so many peaks – winning an ARIA, performing with Peking Duk at Splendour In The Grass and the A-League Grand Final, singing with RUFUS at triple j’s huge One Night Stand, televised around Australia.  But for the girl who started singing when she was 14, her debut EP offers the headiest high…“It’s been inspiring and a long time in the making, so I’m thrilled to get it out there,”There is a lot more of Nicole Millar to see this year and we can’t wait!

Running Touch

Running Touch is the mysterious artist from Melbourne that has grown from an industry whisper to one of the most esteemed and talented new acts about to hit the Australian dance music circuit in recent times.  Having only been on the scene for just under two years, Running Touch has gained the praise and support of some of the industry’s most notable names for being one of the most innovative and talented acts to grace dance floors this year. At the back end of 2015, Running Touch saw himself named as the #7 artist to watch for 2016 [inthemix]. To kick off 2016, Running Touch released his first official single ‘Courtesy Of’ and embarked on a debut national tour that saw him bring his live show to 25 stages around the country, winning the hearts of crowds around the nation. In between tour slots, Running Touch managed to secure himself placements on some of the biggest and most prestigious stages in Australia –Splendour in the Grass, Groovin’ The Moo, Beyond The Valley, Listen Out and Southbound Festival to name just a few, additionally, supporting global sensation ZHU on his only standalone show in Australia. Sydney based producer PON CHO, today announces a string of special tour dates around the country giving fans the chances to hear his bass heavy and cavernous tunes live. The music from PON CHO traverses the worlds of future bass from the sweetest of RnB and Pop to undeniable head-nodders and trap bangers.
